My name is Amber. I am a wife, mom, nurse, Doula and most importantly daughter of the Most High. Throughout my life, I’ve always been drawn to holistic practices. I believe God has given us so many things from the Earth that we just bypass. I am embarking on a journey of discovering who I am in Christ as well as how to be a healthier me, in all aspects.
